Route 340 - The Transversal of the Makarska Riviera The route passes through all the towns of the Makarska Riviera, from Gradac to Brela (or vice versa), and is designed to serve as a connection to other road routes of the Riviera. Although it is physically and technically undemanding, it is important to emphasize that it entirely follows the D8 state road, where traffic intensity can be quite high, especially in the summer months, so caution is necessary.
