The story of tourism development in Tučepi begins in the early 1950s with the construction of the first hotel.
Since then, Tučepi, once a small fishing village with a rich history, has evolved into a successful and renowned destination where tens of thousands of tourists from all over the world enjoy their well-deserved vacations. Tučepi's hotels and restaurants are well-known, and even more famous is the beach, stretching over three kilometers, the longest on the Makarska Riviera, accompanied by a beautiful shaded promenade.
It's important to mention the gastronomic delights of this place, especially the hamlets in Upper Tučepi, known for their homemade specialties and wines.
